Fairy Goodness - Samantha Bryan

Ive been in Love with Samantha Bryan's work for years, from the first moment i saw her learning to fly collection at an exhibition in Rhyl Library called 'Folk Art and Fairy Tales'. She is inspired by Victorian Gadgetry and Invention,to create an illusion that these mechanical sculptures may actually work.

'I try to express a sense of fantasy as well as wit and humour within my work. My aim is to create an imaginary world for people t enter- a nostalgic glimpse of childhood fantasies'- Samantha Bryan
